The idea of this book is that there is no unified model for life, and everyone does not have only one way of living. Hard work can make us more successful, and we know that hard work alone is not enough. 1. Deliver excellent products

So if you want to learn and improve your product capabilities, you need to go through several complete product production processes.

In the early stages of product planning, if product managers can work with a team with a shorter product launch cycle, it allows us to accumulate relevant experience faster.
Launching quickly, iterating quickly, and going through the complete product life cycle quickly is one of the ways for product managers to rapidly improve their capabilities.
3. Actively solve problems
When you're on a good team, it's easy to ask your smart players if you have any questions, because they know almost everything. But if you just throw the problem at someone else, your contribution is not so obvious.
If you can ask your colleagues about Baidu, the growth rate must be very slow. Therefore, as a product manager, you should spend more time researching your industry and users to ensure that you can solve problems on your own.
Here, first think about what research you can do to really understand the industry: you can visit users, or organize a competitive analysis. At the same time, you can also look at the data and metrics, or talk to other sibling departments such as the sales team, operations team, etc., to learn about relevant information. Therefore, product managers should try to communicate with relevant people as much as possible and understand the relevant background from the team.
